Receiving orphans with extremely difficult circumstances in the new school year 2020-2021

The center is accepting children into care and nurturing in the new school year 2020-2021. The time to receive and complete procedures for children is from early July to August 2020.

About the admission of orphans with extremely difficult circumstances into care and nurturing at the Orphans Support & Talent Development Center IMG Hue

Orphans Support & Talent Development Center IMG Hue was granted operating license number 1753/GP-LDTBXH on August 30th, 2018 by the Department of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs of Thua Thien Hue province. The center performs the function of caring, nurturing and educating orphans with extremely difficult circumstances from the time they receive them until they finish university, and orient and create jobs for them.

Currently, the Center is accepting children into care and nurturing in the new school year 2020-2021. The time the Center receives and completes procedures for children is from early July to August 2020.

1. Cases is accepted:

• Being a Vietnamese citizen living in the provinces of Thua Thien Hue, Quang Tri, and Quang Binh; aged from 09-14 years old, studying at primary and secondary schools.
• Children with normal physical and mental development, without disabilities, are free from HIV infection and serious diseases.
• Orphans with extremely difficult circumstances (Priority is given to orphans without parents, with good academic standing).

2. Children's rights when living at the Center:

• Being nurtured in a good cultural environment, ensuring good accommodation, and living with a team of qualified and experienced teachers and staff.
• To continue to attend school according to age at public schools in Hue city, learn soft skills, support tutoring, and foster cultural subjects according to children's forte and aspirations. Get advice and support for postgraduate studies and facilitate studying abroad.

3. Dossier and order of receipt:

Comply with current regulations on receiving subjects for nurturing at social protection establishments

Records of child admission to the Center include:

• Guardian's application.
• Copy of birth certificate (03 copies)
• Minutes of the Approval Council and the written request of the People's Committee of the commune where the child lives.
• A written request from the President of the district-level People's Committee to the Center.
• Other relevant papers: the child's academic record (when a new decision is made, the child's household registration procedure), the child's household registration certificate, the certificate of the poor household, the guardian's certificate...,
