In December 2020, staff of IMG Hue Orphan Talent Support and Development Center actively participated and completed the program, improving management skills and professional qualifications to improve quality professional qualifications to improve the quality of child care and nurturing organized by the Department of Social Assistance under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Center for Nurturing and Social Work of Thua Thien Hue Province. .
From November 24 to December 9, 2020 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Department of Social Protection under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs organized the course “Training for innovation in social assistance facility management in 2020” aims to improve the administrative capacity of social assistance for leaders and managers at social assistance units, agencies and establishments, contributing to innovating the mode of providing social assistance services.

The Center sent Doan Manh Linh staff to participate in the training course "Enhancing the capacity of those who provide assistance to the disadvantaged in society in 2020" organized by the Center for Nurturing and Social Work of Thua Thien Hue Province in Hue. From December 28 to 30, 2020, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the World Health Organization, the Bloomberg Charity Foundation and the US Global Health Advocacy Organization organized a training course on "Communication and safety skills in the water environment” in Hue. This training course has a very important meaning, in order to promptly improve knowledge about child drowning prevention and control, especially when natural disasters, storms, floods occur to officials and employees working with children.
